Please enrol our organisation in the above event. We understand that:

• our team/s will take part in the event at Lancaster House Hotel, Lancaster, from 8-10 March, checking-out of the hotel on the morning of Friday 10 March.
• names of our team/s must be supplied no later than Tuesday 24 January.
• our team/s will receive an information pack including guidance, travel information, and advice on preparing the Argument paper by e-mail on Tuesday 24 January.
• please invoice us.

Fee per team (inclusive of accommodation and meals): £1400 plus VAT (Total: £1680)

Cancellation Policy
If a team member is unable to attend, you may substitute, by prior arrangement and after notifying us, someone else from your local authority. If a team member is unable to attend and you are not in a position to substitute the place to another person, resulting in your local authority being unable to include that team, then the following charges apply: More than eight weeks before the course: no charge; Eight to six weeks before the course: 20% of the fee; Six to four weeks before the course: 50% of the fee; Four to two weeks before the course: 75% of the fee; Less than 14 days before the course: 100% of the fee
